Hey Gents, This has been bugging my for ages. Pioneer pressed Laserdiscs from a certain year onwards (mid-90s?) have a spine number starting with PILF. Anyone know what this actually stands for? I assume P is Pioneer and F is for Film (I would also assume the A in the PILA of Pioneer pressed animation is for err.. Animation). Somebody help me out with this?

Hi takou I do not know why, that seems to be divided by distributors But also feel like a mix.... Only "PILD-7~" is clearly just "Daiei" have been identified as.
