It may not be in the same league as mikeystoyz recent find, but this just arrived at my front door:  The best part is that I came across this beauty for the pricely some of 980yen BIN ($12.50)

My guess is the USA release of the Video Nasty (banned in the U.K. in the eighties) "Cannibal Ferox." My reasoning is that is was a relatively late release, with a ton of extras (taken from the LDDB listing): The publisher was Grindhouse Releasing - possibly their only release.
Side 2 is packed with trailers and promotional materials from around the world. Incudes a huge stills gallery of promo material, memorabillia etc.
The package comes complete with a 7" vinyl single of music from the soundtrack and a vomit bag decorated with Cannibal Ferox artwork.
It's also his icon here.  P.S. I guess I was wrong. STAY AWESOME!

Well its only the 8th of January but I've already got a contender for my find of the year!  Found this keeper yesterday for 750yen ($9.75us) Has a small scratch on the right of the front cover, but I'll take it at that price. The discs are Mint.
