If its not been released in letterbox scope or W/S I'd take a pass on panned and scanned Laserdisc titles.

I recall when I brought Terminator 2 which was available in two formats. The supplier sent the panned and scanned and I didn't watch it I sent it back and was mailed the letterbox 2.35:1 some 4 days later.

P&S has a retro feeling for me as more time passes. I bought widescreen laserdiscs when i had a choice but a full screen Grease does not bother me its like watching a different movie & since paramount has ruined any showings of this on tv & dvd with the volume of the songs the natural soundtrack can only be heard on laserdisc or vhs.
