Does anyone know where I can find a list of Paramount remastered laserdisc.

Could you be more precise? Audio remaster? New master? Letterboxed vs P&S?

Do you have examples?

I had read years ago that the Star Trek TOS releases that had a barcode on the back cover were remastered and/or second pressings from the late 1980s...

I'm guessing he means titles like this:

The Ten Commandments - 1998 Release

Late re-releases, sometimes with AC-3 sound.

If we go by release date, here's what I've been able to find:

There's more, but it's easily found with the advanced search option and filtering them by release date.

This is somewhat of a crapshoot. Barcodes were added when a title went in for repressing, but nothing else about the disc was done - for example "Foul Play" was originally pressed in Japan, but when it was repressed and got a barcode, it was pressed in the US. It was "remastered" in that it now has MM:SS encoding (rather than HH:MM), but other than this, they are exactly the same.
