Hello. I am new to this forum as I've become very interested in titles available on the LD format. In particular, I am looking for the LD Mt. Fuji Jazz Festival vol.2: Blue Note [L080-1088]. Outside of contacting someone in Japan to search for the disc for you, I would suggest YahooJapan Auctions.

Doesn't currently have the disc you're looking for, but you can keep using that link from time to time to search. Maybe it will pop up.
