The Best: DragonHeart because there isn't a single spekle or dropout
The Worst: a toss-up between my copy of The New Kids and my copy of Copy-Cat because both have severe Laser-Rot for example Side 2 on Copy-Cat can't be played on any of my players but my copy of The New Kids is rotted on both sides with Side 1 being the worst and Side 2 isn't much better

I have a copy of a few movies minus the jacket so that would have to be worst. The best is my copy of south park. Shiny mint.

If you're talking picture quality on playback, then I'll go with my answers for the Laserdisc Survey

Worst = Eastern Condors Tai Seng release. It's a blurry, unsolid mess (but most of Tai Seng's LD releases are like this.)

Best = The Fifth Element
