Will report back when it arrives, am looking forward to having the very first Criterion release! Congrats, its a great release. Did you win the original big silver box version or the second smaller silver box version? If your copy doesn't come with all the paperwork originally included, I'll send you scans of it so you have it all.

As far as I can tell it was the original, larger box release as it doesn't have the Janus logo. If I'm correct the Janus logo only appeared on the 2nd pressings; the smaller silver boxes. I've attached the item pic from eBay if it helps identify the pressing. I'm not sure if all the paperwork is included or not as the description was rather limited, but as I only ended up paying US $13.50 for it (plus a lot more for postage to the UK) I'm not too bothered if it isn't 100% complete. I'll let you know more about it once it arrives.

It's the big box without the Janus logo, going by the picture - hopefully it will come with all the paperwork and card that tells you the individual pressing number of the set (King Kong in the big box also came with paperwork and a pressing number card). PM me if it doesn't have the paperwork because its great, listing all the ideals of the collection, etc. it's like 4 pages of info and very cool.

I've seen some examples of the paperwork online, great stuff, hoping this includes it all, if not then I may take you up on that offer. Thanks!

I have within the last week purchased the Japanese version of ''Beauty & The Beast'' and am hoping that this title turns up by Saturday 18th May. The seller expressed that he travels to Japan fairly often and has seen ''The Sixth Day'' more than once within the last week or two. I expressed that I am looking at purchasing this and Titan A.E and he said he would look out for these when he is next looking around the Japanese Movie shops. . . . . He also mentioned that they were going for very reasonable prices.....I shall keep this site informed of my progress with these 2 x titles. It turned up on Friday & then I collected from the sorting office Saturday 18th May Morning......Perfect condition throughout. Regards to all

Regards to all I'd love a copy of ''The Sixth Day'' for a good sensible price as well! Could you please tell me who the seller is? or at least inform him that I am looking for a price quote in getting myself a copy of The Sixth Day' as well please?

I have hundreds to watch as I just got my LD/CRT setup in my back, but I did win a couple of auctions recently. I got Lawrence of Arabia Criterion practically new for a few dollars, and I haven't received it yet but I won the Pride and Prejudice Mini Series for 3 or 4 bucks shipped
