A good haul. I've often thought about getting myself a copy of The Fearless Vampire Killers on laserdisc, from what I've seen it's a beautiful gatefold. |

I picked up a lot last week for $80 which includes Pioneer Cld-d504, I spit on your grave uncut, evil dead2 special edition red disc, one flew over the cuckoos nest collectors edition, 12 monkeys signature edition and 60+ other mostly japanese and hong kong titles. Some hong kong titles are happy together,fist of legend, days of being wild,a chinese ghost story anime, some jet lee and chow yun fat movies |

Am jealous bullruckle, have been wanting to get a hold of Squeeze Stargate. Kinda put off by the probably lack of English subtitles though, but it's the only Squeeze title that appeals to be me really, though if I saw another title going cheap I'd probably still pick it up. |

whats the appeal of the Japanese discs? just cooler looking covers or something? and what language are most Jap. discs? is it all just english audio with Japanese soft coded subtitles? |

Yep, and sometimes you can turn them off! Or they are on the bottom of the tv where the black bars are! |

I know you know they dont cover up the picture, but whenever I think of bar I think of something being censored. I prefer to call them "spaces"
