I finally got the Spiritual Earth Mt Fuji disc I was needing. (last one made of the 4 released) Still sealed, one of the few scenery discs with AC3 track. Mine still sealed and had a Dolby Digital insert inside in Japanese. No dialogue, just background music to the video. Spiritual Earth: Mt. Fuji (1997) [PILW-1248]

I think that is the standard AC3 insert that a lot of AC3 encoded releases carried at the time. Anyway, Spiritual Earth Mt. Fuji is a very interesting disc ! There is also a DVD release with the old Pioneer logo so I am sure it is using the same master. Had a couple of this title but years ago now. One played well with mild spotting the other was very marked below the plastic but still played well for an early pressing from PDO. Hope yours is a good one .. |

Picked up To Kill a Mocking Bird box set and Last Days of Pompeii. Hadn't been buying any laserdiscs in a few years but have got interested in them again and enjoying a lot of them which are surprisingly excellent quality and hold up well against blu-ray in some cases play better. |

Today's arrivals. Now have the lethal weapon trilogy US NTSC. If the lousy postal service hadn't lost lethal weapon 4 this summer I would have had all of them.
