Has anybody else listened to this podcast? The author seems very knowledgeable and gives a very detailed and informative review of laserdiscs topics. They are also very professionally done. I highly recommend a listen if you have time. There are 3 episodes already and all have been very entertaining. Hey thanks for checking out my podcast! I'm glad someone who uses LDDB is enjoying it because I've used this website frequently for research in creating my show. The next episode will be released this thursday/friday - an overview of LaserDisc games primarily focused on arcade. I'm hoping to produce 1-2 episodes a month. If anyone has any topics they'd like me to cover or would like to come on the podcast and contribute some information, please let me know! I hope to cover a wide array of subjects related to LaserDisc, all the while touching on all different types of retro topics and movie-related subjects. |

First, thank you for doing the podcast. I know it must be time-consuming but it's great to have a show of such high quality. Some topics that I would be interested about hearing: 1) Laserdisc player modding. 2) A detailed explanation of the manufacturing process of laserdiscs. 3) Discussion about different standards for laserdiscs based on region. Not just NTSC and PAL differences but things like the IRE set to a different standard which would require TV calibration if playing different region discs. That's it for now off the top of my head. |

Yeah cool show. Very professional, well researched and entertaining. You alluded to it in one of your episodes (I believe the very excellent Star Wars episode) but I'd like you to expand on why some older people find the picture of laserdisc movies so pleasing vs the newer high definition restorations that are currently available on formats like "blu ray". |

Just listened to the latest one on Laserdisc based games. Another great episode. He really puts in the effort and it shows. A very high-quality product. I really hope it keeps going. |

Just wanted to chime in and say I’m really enjoying the podcast so far. I’m neither a big Star Wars fan or gamer, and found both episodes fascinating! Looking forward to new episodes. |

I think I have listened to each of your podcast’s episodes six or seven times. So well put together! So well, in fact, that every seven or eight months or so I hop on Google and try and find your episodes to listen to again. But all the links are dead. Any chance you could pass them along to me for my library? Again, they are very well but together so interesting. I still learn things every time I listen. But it has been a while, and I am Jonesing!
