This is a bit much for a movie DEMI MOORE. I love her and all but I'm not paying nearly $500 for a Laserdisc.

Seriously do people lose there minds, I confess I almost did for a Nadia Collection signed by Anno but I ended up with a complete set and I do mean complete with the shipping box without Anno's sig and cheaper to boot. I'm happy with what I have with Nadia.

Ah!

Give me a black sharpie and enough time to practice and I can get you an "expert examined" signed LD of anyone (included someone who died before LD was ever invented!) quickly FedEx'ed for $500.

99.9% are scams, only keep the LD you got signed personally with the actor/director/artist/etc.

=> The "laserdisc I got signed by ..." thread!

Total agreement. To me, an autograph written for someone else is useless unless it’s like...Mark Twain or something. Usually it’s either fake or it came from one of those scumbags that spends all day sending crap to celebrities and then reselling anything that comes back.

When I get stuff signed I always ask them to make it very much for me, basically ruining the item’s market value. But then usually the only people who’s autograph I actually care about are the very easy access types. Bands that play venues so small the stage doesn’t have a back door, artist who make less money than I do. There aren’t many mega market talents I care about. Patrick Stewart would be one of very few people.

Same here, no intent to resell. If I took time to get something special to me signed, it stays with me because I'm the only one who knows what memories are attached to that particular signature.

Never selling these:

For your personal collection as I have 2 Tarja posters but it just seems stupid to sell it high prices. for that price I'd love to sleep with Demi.

Yeah, not into selling items for more because of the autograph.

Don't think I'll even buy an item because of an autograph either.

I'll get items autographed, but those are for me to keep. Won't be doing that just to make an item more expensive.
