I alphabetized these and kept the weird stuff off to the side. Ie concerts, test disc, samplers etc...

Ended up with quite a few doubles and the doubles within this lot made triples for me...so I have quite a bit to bundle with a player to hopefully sell locally. I really can't be keeping 4 players.

Maybe not but I would keep the player, not worth it to sell off players at this stage of the game if you plan to keep LDs for years to come.
I have 4 players and need to get 2 of them unboxed and rotated to play.

I'm 100% keeping the S1. It's likely that the player to go will be the CLD-2080. They are just so damn big, especially this S1.

I had to get rid of players unfortunately when I put my stuff in storage. luckily I kept the LDS1, CLD-79 and I forgot what the model number for the small traveling one I got with Process of Telemarketing. Though if I could I take the CLD -2080 but I live too far away.

Well it’s about half as good as the first one. Enjoy!

It’s somewhat of an interesting releases because it’s one of the very few LDs encoded in Dolby Digital EX. It’s 5.1 discreet channels but it can unfold one extra matrixed channel for the rear.

Nice LD. Beautiful cover. Jay is a nice guy though I haven’t heard from him for a while.

I met with him in Tokyo last month. Nice guy indeed. Great to hang out with.

What's the deal with Meet Joe Black? It was in the lot I got. I've been cataloguing things here as I watch them, reporting rot when it's there etc... Couldn't help but notice the marketplace asking price so I checked eBay and it's similar. Just because it's a late release? Hard to imagine it being better than the BD unless the BD was complete trash.

That's just it. Late release with probably a lower number of pressings compared to earlier titles. I see that also w/ the last release of Gone with the Wind and many others from the late 90's - early 2000's.

Yeah, figured. There is a Gone With The Wind in here too but I didn't note what release yet.

I love those mild 90 jpop covers. I’d design those for a living if I could.

CNN’s desert storm coverage was pretty distasteful at the time but I forgot they were so gross as to actually sell it on LD. A million people killed at the tax payers expense and taxpayers need to BUY a copy? We paid for that one sided destruction of an entire culture, TWICE even, and I don’t get a free copy?

Who are you married to? Jane Fonda?

A million? Even the biggest America haters estimate half that much.

Let's look at some FACTS.

What the f**k? How did America destroy a culture in Desert Storm??? Uh, they destroyed the Iraqi invasion force.

Saddam chose for his people to stand, fight and die. Bush gave Saddam about 50 chances to get out of Kuwait, even after coalition airpower decimated the Iraqis Bush gave him another chance before the 1st Cav and the US Marines kicked in the door. Saddam chose pride and his military paid the price.

You should be grateful you live in the greatest democracy where even spewing blatant kooky lies and propaganda doesn't get you thrown in jail.

Yep. here if anything you say is construed as hate speech by anybody then you can wind up in jail. Americans have true freedom to speak their mind, we don't. Recently, in an article, a journalist here questioned the motivations of white people claiming Aboriginal heritage and the extra welfare that goes with it. Those 1% Aboriginals took him to court and he had to pay through the nose to avoid jail.
