Hello! I was watching Japanese Pioneer preview disc and noticed pattern in serial numbers: ccNNN-mmPP (e.g. FY050-25HD, DW029-21NH, AY005-24NK) where NNN - ID number in category mm corelates to price somewhat PP production company? (eg. HD - Herald Films, VC - Viacom, NH - NHK) cc - category: AY - Animation FY - Film HC - Howto Cooking HS - Howto Sports HG - Howto Games DW - Documentary DA - Documentary Animals DS - Documentary Sports MP - Music Popular MJ - Music Jazz MC - Music Classic MF - Music Folk ME - Music Erotic ? (Prety Baby / By The Sea / Just Friends) MS - Music Sports ? (White Music / Rock Adventure) MK - Music ???? OE - Education PSE - Pioneer Special Edition DEMO Has anyone looked into this? Is there a complete list somewhere? TIA |
