I'm a viewer first and a collector second.

I've never bought any LDs that I've left unopened if they have been sealed. I've never bought any LDs with the thought of it's future value. I have - of late - been very pleased at the fact that LDs have become more valuable, but only because it gives my collection a sense of worth and makes me laugh when I think back at friends' comments that LD is dead format!!

Good day mikeystoyz,

If I see TITAN A.E. for sale anywhere then I will let you know.

If you also notice this title then I would be grateful if you could let me know

When this was released around 2000 I was that close to purchasing it.

Even then the price to import this from Japan was around £100

At the time I purchased the the remastered ''STAR WARS'' box set and 2 x ep 1 Phantom menace of which cost around £300.
I travelled 26miles to London to collect this from a movie memorabilia shop in Shaftsbury Avenue.

Happy memories :)

I think I am both... I buy almost every disc I see out in the wild if it is cheap unless it is a movie I really want to own. But my preferred way to view a movie is on laserdisc. While, I have to share time with my girlfriend on movies who wants to watch more new movies... when I get time of my own or it's my turn to pick, it is always on laserdisc.
I will pretty much watch any movie if it is on laserdisc and give it a chance, but I may never pick up that movie on dvd or instant. But on laserdisc I will watch it. LOL
