I'd recommend just ordering it from pacparts

That stock status has been that way for quite a while, that means they *think* Pioneer still has stock. I think I ordered two under that status and got them.

And yup, the price has gone up

edit: I checked parts.pioneerelectronics.com and they still say ggv1069 is in stock (they just won't let random people order off their site anymore) - interestingly the 12" version (ggv1016) is still listed as in stock, but pacparts says it's NLA.

Does anyone have one to sell or know where I can get one? Thanks.

There also appear to have been a few reference discs sold on eBay in October for $25 each. If you are willing to wait a long time, maybe you'll find one on eBay.

Thanks greenlaser! I searched that sight for 1016 but didn’t think about other discs. I was able to get 1008 and is has the exact same frames as the later discs. Are they different in anyway?

I'd recommend just ordering it from pacparts, even though it's a bit pricey. I don't think any copies have turned up on eBay lately.

Order placed at PacParts. Let’s hope they’re able to get it. I can always cancell the order, so if anyone is willing to sell it at a better price, I’m still looking.

Only authorize service people? I think i've encountered that when trying random parts I need.

Dönberg Electronics has it in stock at the time of writing. I bought it between November/December this year and it was cheaper at their shop than Pacparts.

I see some of the discs have the same exact frames listed. Not all, some are re-pressings of earlier discs but some are different. There are discs with 8" and 12", PAL, NTSC and MUSE. Some older only have analog tracks, newer also digital ones.
