Hey! I got my first cover photo accepted into the database!! I know some might think it's a little silly for getting jazzed about such a thing, but it makes me glad to see my contribution added to the project. The cover was for Jeremiah Johnson. There's a few more LDs that I have in my collection that could fill some gaps in the database, so I better get busy! Just an FYI, being a Linux user, I processed my photos with Fotoxx. It has some excellent tools for fixing perspectives and colour balancing.

Thank you for taking the time to submit a cover . I'll have to check out Fotoxx. I've been using IrFanView as covered here https://www.lddb.com/help/cover/ without issues so far on Linux with Wine.

Just in case anyone is interested, I wrote a How-To on my video collecting blog on how to use Fotoxx to create covers for submission to the LDDb. There's certainly nothing wrong with Irfanview, but for those fellow Linux users who prefer to use software written for the OS, I think Fotoxx is a good alternative. Anyway, here's a link to the article. I hope it's useful to someone.

Could you make the size 800x800? 400x400 is the minimum but bigger is better! Julien

Julien Will do! Sorry about that. I don't know why I had 400 in my head. I also added a note about not exceeding 150KB on the size of the file.
