I recently got a hold of Subspecies II: Bloodstone LV83107 and Subspecies III: Bloodlust LV83124, watched them and thoroughly enjoyed the cinematic genre that is horror. I didn't find too much info on the titles, only that they were a series of, I think, 5 movies total but Im not sure if I want to add them to my collection or get rid of them. Horror movies always seem to be in most demand, on ebay atleast.

So how do you come to terms with selling a title? Is it the price it may fetch, double copies, rare copy, etc?

I know I sold my decently rare South Park Laserdisc simply because of the price I knew it would fetch. It doesn't help that I hated the movie though.....

Sell or not this is the age old question.

Which titles do you regret selling and which ones were you glad to sell?

I've sold a few discs that I regretted later, and in a few cases I ended up repurchasing them. If you're on the fence I say hold onto it for the short term. This is especially true for something less common and difficult to replace.

That is very good point. I've done the same and regretted it over the years. With laserdisc I always vowed to never sell a title I have only 1 copy of. I will often re-assess an artist again in the future and sometimes have a new perspective on their work that I didn't have when I first viewed it....hence I agree it is very sound advice to be cautious when selling titles you are unsure about. I acquired several hundred LDs free with players and initially was in a rush to get rid of them. Regrettably I sold a few that were real gems as I wasn't really interested in films at the time and was focusing on only music.
