Harley Davidson and the Marlboro Man (1991) [ML102514]wow, not much to say about this classic. it's pan and scan from about 1.85 but it really feels like an open matte film until the end credits that you can see they squeeze the image a little. it's a shame that films like this aren't made anymore, one liners, squibs, action galore and crazy budget. image is clear and has more of a video look, it's also shot very bright which a lot of films are not these days. not that it's over lighted but just more natural light and more realistic than other films now.

You got that right its not been pressed in letterbox format. Quote: http://akas.imdb.com/title/tt0102005/technical
Camera Panavision Cameras and Lenses
Laboratory DeLuxe, USA
Film length (metres) 2688 m (Sweden)
Film negative format (mm/video inches) 35 mm (Eastman)
Cinematographic process Spherical
Printed film format 35 mm
Aspect ratio 1.85 : 1 You don't miss a lot with W/S films only tiny portion, but ever the less why it wasn't suited for letterbox widescreen release. I can only remember hearing about the film when it was released or the film review on BBC "Film 91". So what's it about as it as Mickey Rourke in it. oh and Don Johnson "Miami Mice"
