Package, The (1989) [ID9504OR]

so I'm just too reminded of the Fugitive while watching this movie...many of the same cast,set in Chicago...etc. etc

and sure enough...same director,producer,composer... i think they even used the same house Kimball holes up in one scene... and after ALL of that... one of the last scenes at the top of the subway steps reminds me of the French Connection

none the less...and knowing that,yes, it did come first a well done ,slick espionage film with hackman in one of his signature roles.
