The sound during at around 37m. 35s dropped by at least -15db and then after a brief few seconds passed started to rise up to normal level again, (it happened a few more times it wasn't that critical) but I found to be, quite fascinating.

Our first gimps at the Romulans playing a dangerous cat and mouse of hide and seek along "the neutral zone" as the Romulans sneak around in clocked space ship, while destroying outposts. Can the U.S.S. Enterprise and her crew prevent full blown war?

Picture is bit softly photographed on this episode but it is still visible and an enjoyable show.
