Rise and Fall of Legs Diamond, The (1960) [11366]

WOW, for a 1991 release this is amazingly clear, almost like a DVD in quality without any artifacts.

fun film, i have read that it is not accurate to the real Jack "legs" Diamond.
sound is mono and has some strange hiss and pop type noise for a few seconds around the 6:20-7:10 on side B.

the transfer is from an IP and has no cue marks but still has some speckles here and there.

film starts out with the 2 diamond brothers coming to NYC and starting a small time theft and Legs going to jail.

then he gets a job with a big boss man, kills him off and starts to pinch the rest of the gang.

has sort of a TV movie feel at some times, even with acting in some scenes.
overall if you can find this underated gangster film do it.
