no, but i do have Captain Harlock: Arcadia of my Youth (1982) [LSTD01195] but haven't watched it in some time, i guess i should do a review of that film.

i do own the TV series: Captain Harlock: Box vol.1 (1978) [LSTD01296] and Captain Harlock: Box vol.2 [LSTD01313]
but need to get some time to watch and review them.

It was released this month in theater.

Agree with your review. But to be honest the DVD release was better for my digital viewing without the subtitles.

I have the Animeigo Arcadia of my Youth gatefold LD (bought directly from Animeigo in the late 90's), and it is a very nice subtitled version of the classic Harlock theatrical film.

Discotek is releasing the 70s Harlock series on a subtitled DVD box, which is pretty amazing. Those Harlock TV laserdisc boxes have long been on my want list too. Matsumoto anime shows were very well represented on LD, with Yamato, GE999, Harlock, Queen Millennia (got the movie LD, need to get the amazing looking series LD boxes) and the Queen Emeraldas and Cockpit OVAs (just picked up the 3 Cockpit discs on eBay, awesome stuff).
