They are not often mentioned (acronym very likely stands for Kitty Entreprise Laser Disc), only twice here:

Did a bit of cleanup today and got them mostly properly documented:

• Touch: TV Series Laserdisc Collection [KELD-1001/26]
• Amazing Sarutobi: Complete Collection (1982) [KELD-1027/44]
• Touch: Movie Laserdisc Collection [KELD-1052/54]
• Nine: Laserdisc Box Collection (1983) [KELD-1055/57]
• Hiatari Ryoukou: TV Series Laserdisc Collection (1987) [KELD-1058/69]
• Akadou Suzunosuke: TV Series Laserdisc Collection (1972) [KELD-1070/82]

The UPC are hard to get because they were a sticker on the shipping boxes, nothing remains if the outer box was trashed.

The smaller set (Touch movies) was likely re-issued by PolyGram Video as Touch: Movie Laserdisc Collection [VLI-87072/74].

And now it begs the question: what is in the 1045~1051 range and was there any release after 1082!

I was always hoping that "H2 (1995-97)" got an LD release, it would fit right into that range.
But yeah no idea if true or not, I suppose if you were a member of the Kitty Club
you received some kind of newsletter with pre-order proposals, and maybe some stuff
that did not get enough attention got canceled? I do have the unopened KELD-1052/54
somewhere in storage, will take a look at it later.

I’m going to keep an eye out for that Touch box.

And for the background story, the Japanese Wikipedia entry for Kitty Entreprise (キティエンタープライズ) gives it away:

• Kitty Records founded in 1972
• Kitty Films founded in 1979
• Produced Anime like Urusei Yatsura, Maison Ikkoku, Ranma 1/2 , as well as movies and TV dramas
• In May 1987, the 50-disc / JPY 330,000 Urusei Yatsura: Perfect TV Collection [KACL-001~050] was an unexpected success and opened the market to more LD boxes
• Kitty Records became Kitty Entreprise in 1993.
• Acquired by PolyGram in 1995 then was transferred to various Japanese entities from Mercury to Polydor to Universal to EMI

So we can safely assume that these boxsets were released between 1993 and 1995.

[KELD-1052/54] was released before the PolyGram take over and [VLI-87072/74] after. But it makes the Kitty Entreprise release of Amazing Sarutobi: Complete Collection (1982) [KELD-1027/44] on 1995/10/11 quite suspicious in https://www.suruga-ya.jp/product/detail/122026581.

Now that the property has been transferred, the credit titles of the recent re-issues removed references to Kitty Films.

So now we know the KFLD were produced under Kitty Films and the KELD under Kitty Entreprise.
