Looks like a RayEarth design but I can't find anything about a Clamp character with green hair and red eyes!

I've never seen her but it does look like it belongs to MKR. |

looks a lot like a MELTYLANCER character to me, or, at least, a product of the same character designer? |

If it's a Rayearth cell, and you've confirmed the character is not in the TV series, then it could be a cell from the OVA series. The OVA series was a darker telling of the MKR story, because that was a trend in Japan in the 1990's to have two versions of the same show, with the direct to home video version being edgy and dark. It's been ten-plus years since I watched the OVA series, so sadly I don;t remember much about it at this point. |

I only have the OVAs... but haven't watched the re-edited film version of the OVAs yet. Only characters that looked somehow similar in the OVAs were the fairies, but they wore no armor/jewels.
