I am seeking to have a donation made directly to http://toutanticfund.org with recognition of the donation (in most cases tax deductible to the donor) of delivery to the donor of 1240+ LD listed at https://www.lddb.com/collection.php?action=list&user=gpaulbailey&sort=release

I am willing to pack up and drive the material to a place in the USA subject to prior agreement (could be a halfway meeting point, etc.) where in sequence a donor would contact me to discuss first, then be prepared to make a donation of $3000 (or more if there happen to be multiple persons interested). The base amount works out to less than $2.50 per title which in addition may be tax deductible. We then would then escrow the funds in some manner so that the transaction would occur upon delivery.

The estimate at LDDB used prices for the lot is around $7.5k with a group of rarities (approximately 25 out of the 1240 +) accounting for $1500 of that.

At my own cost, I would drive a car (depending on how far, it might be a one-way rental and fly back) as the shipping of such a collection would be onerous.
