For the first time in my years of going to garage sales, I found some DVD-As at a sale today. I don't think the people knew exactly what they were, because when I bought them they told me they "Never even got around to watching them" I managed to grab: Yes - Magnification R.E.M - Reveal I ended up getting both for $5. They will look nice on the shelf next to my only other DVD-A title, Sex Pistols - No Future U.K. |

When done properly, as all the R.E.M. titles are, the DVD-A format is wonderful. In fact that copy of Reveal (Possibly their most underrated album) you found is a great disc completely free of the massive loudness imposed upon the CD and arguably as good as the vinyl version. |
