I've been doing research into good 3D comb filtering options for CRTs out of curiosity, mainly the kind of device that can take a Composite input from LD player and output S-Video
I've seen many recommendations in my research such as DVD recorders like the Panasonic DMR-ES15 and similar, or some standalone devices like that SKNet 3DWPro device

A lot of current docs on comb filtering mainly concerns scalers like the DVDO, but I'm mainly interested in stuff that still outputs S-Video

Any personal recommendations?

Read this post, I don't remember the model but I have a standalone Sony unit that will output SVideo after a very good comb filter - Sony MBD-XBR950

Looks like it was the MBT-XBR900

Seems like a interesting option, especially with those screenshots

We used to call it the Sony Magic Box. There are better overall options for modern displays but if you want SVideo out it's probably your best option.
