I've just bought a closed caption decoder PCD-88 but i don't know how it works with my player Pioneer DVL 919E
Could you help me ? how it works ? what are the cables?

I assume you have the power transformer.

It seems to be using Composite video but, instead of the usual yellow RCA plug, it's using a BNC connector on both ends.

With a DVL player, you'd been either 2x BNC-RCA adapters or 2x RCA-BNC cables such as:
