Anyone have any experience with this scaler? I remember reading about this line of scalers because I found that they had a 3D comb filter built in (just don't know how high of quality it is.)

Only ever found this one review of the BriteView 2000 once . . .

I don't know anything about that scaler, but the Faroudja NRS-DVI scaler also has DVI output and has an EXCELLENT 3D comb filter. There's one up on eBay now, but it isn't cheap ($500).

How much is this Zinwell BriteView scaler going to run you?

It was on craigslist, but it's gone now. It was for $50.

At that price, it would have been easily worth taking a flyer on it.
