Here you can find some cheap Replacement Belts / O-Rings for various Pioneer players. People on eBay charge 5-10EUR/piece. Here you get 10 for less than 2EUR:

=> ID 29mm OD 32.6mm, CS 1.8mm
The measures might not be 100% identical to the original ones but they work.
