Hello. I had received my CLD-7RG from Japan and it was packaged abysmally so got quite damaged. I have already got my money back for it all, but they haven't asked for it back. So now I've got a broken CLD-7RG. The first issue was that it wouldn't turn on. The PS board had a massive crack down it, which I've managed to repair so it now turns on. When turning on nothing moves but it displays an E0 error, which I'm a bit unsure where to start with. Could it be that parts are not lined up? or a loose connection? I can see the laser moving slightly when turning on, but there is no motor sounds at all. There is a part that has snapped off that may be related to the issue: I also noticed this metal tab coming out of the front of the machine if that's an issue: And here are some pictures of the PS board and the rest of the machine: Would really love if anyone has any suggestions on this.

Error codes are here => [IMPORTANT] List of Pioneer Error CodesE0 is slider issue, probably it doesn't move at all or doesn't reach it's target position: - The slider mechanism is mechanically locked and can no longer move to its target
Is the slider moving at all? Julien

Is the slider moving at all? Julien I've managed to get it to move now by putting that piece of plastic that snapped off back onto the laser assembly. So it turns on now and you can hear it begins to move but then to starts to sound like it's stuck. And the eject button doesn't seem to do anything.

First this is an R7G correct? Good thing is that these are easier to fix, adjusting laser still needs a scope but can be done without if you know what you're doing. Bad thing is there are no new parts, get out the JB Weld You got it for free, I really doubt you will ever get this working 50%, just keep it for parts and buy another one to get damaged in shipping.
