Below is link to video. I bought on a flier knowing it has a U1 error and figuring it just needed a loading belt. Video below was taken after the replacement of the loading belt as well as the pad (cushion). Player opens, accepts disc, raises disc, noise is made as if spinning but it does not start quickly and once it finally starts spinning at any speed at all it stops and gives an H1 error?

Is this the spindle motor gone bad or something else possibly?

Spindle Motor may need replacing or the power supply may be going bad. H1 error just means required speed could not be reached in 12 seconds.
