Hello, I have a cld-3070 and it plays cds fine so would it play a LD fine? I noticed there is only one laser so I'd assume if that laser works on the cds it would work on LDs? |

In most cases when a CD plays back fine in an LD player, it should play LD fine. As for having one laser, that is also normal except for DVL players that always have two lasers (one optimized for CD/LD and the other for DVD). |
