I'm struggling with some power supplies. I have a European one (VWR1287 - https://www.manualslib.com/manual/12167 ... =36#manual) where the output voltage is too low. Without load on a working one you would get 5.5V and 15,12V output on the 5V and 14V pins. On the broken one there is only 4.5V and 12.3V. What could be the reason for this? Any idea?

IC301 was broken and I replaced it. Now there is 5.6V output which seems fine. BUT the 14V output fuses (P213 and P612) blow immediately under load. Strange thing is that there is a difference in voltage between positive and negative 14V outputs. Negative is 16.3V but positive is only 14.6.V

I was being stupid, power supply is just fine after replacing IC301.
