Might still be interesting just for the visuals!

(hints: post office probably dropped the player on the way, plastic parts were broken, audio PCB cracked, and how harvesting spare parts from dead players can save yours one day)

Great video, though my French is pretty terrible.

Reminds me of when I bought my DVL-919E. I bought it knowing it wasn't fully functioning and when it arrived I realised it had obviously been dropped at some point. Still, two new parts and some hard work and it's been running perfectly now for almost ten years. Really well built and resilient machines.
