I have been using my trusty pioneer cld-1850 for years and I love it, however last week I was offered a boxed mint sony mdp-v10 player for a steal, so I couldn't say no

Anyway there is no remote with the Sony so I was wondering if anyone knew the remote model number? Or which remotes might work with it.

Would any of these universal remotes you see on amazon for cheap work?

Also, I know sony players get a bad name, but I've been running some discs on the player and the picture quality and sound is excellent, easily on a par with my pioneer.
