HELP! Sony mdp-605 doesn't even try to spin the disc up anymore. It used to spin up the discs just a few hours ago, but now after recapping the video/ Syscon board it doesn't even try to spin it up. The laser comes in, sees the disc gets positioned and the disc stays still after 30s of trying to "read" the disc it fails and the unit shuts off.

Surface mount caps (they don't go through the circuit board) have been known to have a lot of issues.
