Please see the video for specifics, it looks like lightning striking on the picture, not sure what to adjust?

It only happens for the first 3 minutes of **some** discs on Side B only (it gets progressively better from 0 - 3 minutes and then disappears).

It never happens on Side A.

It is not an issue with damaged or warped discs, all discs play perfect in other machines.

I was watching a movie last night and the issue popped up on Side B but if I flipped the disc over the issue goes away. In other words disc in with side 1 facing down and I have the issue on side 2 but not side 1, if I put same disc in with side 2 facing down now no issue on either side so same disc only one of the sides is affected when its inserted as side 2.

The only normal adjustment for Panasonic side B playback is tilt and tangential. I thought in one thread you had adjusted the tilt already. The tangential may be off also.

Yes I have tilt dialed in, is the tangential adjustment on the pickup itself? Maybe I will try with my 900 first to make sure I know how to do it...

Can't say I've noticed that on any of the Runco's I've used or the LX-900 that I have.

While I've had over 8 players since 89-90 I've never really seen angular lightning like that.

Yes, you start playing side B and you will see an adjustment as shown in the adjustment picture you posted for the tangential adjustment for side B. That position you see is for adjusting using frame 115 of the Pioneer test disc.

Update: Very minor tangential adjustment seems to have fixed it right up, thanks again for the advice.
