I have creature comforts and it doesn't play. The case is split but the disc is fine. What can I do with this? Can I play it somehow?

You can take those cassettes apart and swap the discs out. If you have a game you like less you can steal the shell from that.

You can get replacement UMD shells, most of the cheap ones are transparent without any PSP logo but I think I have seen some white/transparent ones in the past.
Usually cheaper to buy at least 5 at once.
