I have not been receiving emails for orders, how do I cancel

I had two orders this month, but didn't receive emails about either one. I only discovered them yesterday when I noticed my balance had increased . One order needs to be cancelled because the buyer bought a similar item from someone else. I don't see any options to cancel the order and remove the fee for the unsold item. Thanks for any help.
