Not sure if this is a new bug or what, ever time I make a post it automatically subscribes me to said topic.

Been happening for the past 3 or so weeks now, thought it was something I was doing wrong but it keeps happening.

Correct, I changed the settings to try to engage posters more into topics they started or contributed to.

You can still unsubscribe from the notifications you receive.

Or the unsubscribe link in the notifications (per topic).

Or Unsubscribe topic top-left of the topic you are subscribed to because you were the first post or posted updates.
