I see the question popping sometimes, or videos just failing to show up properly.

This is how the tags are designed:

YouTube

I need a clean watch?v= in the YouTube URL to display it properly.

Tag: [youtube]{IDENTIFIER}://{TEXT}/watch?v={SIMPLETEXT1}[/youtube]

Added bonus, if you link a video with a specific start time, you can use the (hidden) [youtube_time] tag with a URL containing watch?v=XX&tYYs.

Tag: [youtube_time]{IDENTIFIER}://{TEXT}/watch?v={SIMPLETEXT1}&t={SIMPLETEXT2}s[/youtube_time]


Vimeo

But Vimeo died last year...

Tag: [vimeo]https://vimeo.com/{IDENTIFIER}[/vimeo] where {IDENTIFIER} is the Vimeo video ID.


Archive.org

Just need the unique ID for a specific video -- it's on the page itself.

Tag: [archive]{SIMPLETEXT}[/archive]
