I made a slight change in the search results to cope with international/cover/original titles split.

Whenever the search will trigger hits based on the cover/original titles, I will add it below the results with green highlighting.

Example: if you search for "pourpres" in "Les rivières pourpres" (original French title of "The Crimson Rivers"), it will show up like this:
