I know that the list of reviews in the LD reviews section of this forum is small so far, but it would be really great if one could follow a link from an LD details page directly to one or more reviews of that particular LD on the forum.

Since there is a convention to include the catalogue number in the title of reviews, this seems plausible, if non-trivial.

most of the reviews here have the link to the disc that is being reviewed.

Yes, I think you are.

I'm interested in the link the other way round. One is browsing the database, looking at the LD details and one sees a link to a review in the forum.
