last week I've sent more than 20 missing cover pictures to the admin (they are all missing in my online collection). How long does it normally take that the coverpictures are shown in the database? Klaus, Rest assured that the diligent staff at LDDb (seen below) are curretly hard at work reviewing your submissions and updating the database. ...of course the real answer is that it all depends on how busy Julien is with the real world outside of LDDb (and how many cover submissions are ahead of you in the queue).

klausm wrote: How long does it normally take that the cover pictures are shown in the database? Hello Klaus! I am trying to schedule batch of covers processing once in a while but these days my spare time for this is close to 0 and they are piling up in the cover@ account. I hope things get a little easier towards the end of the year when I'm finally scheduled to be transferred to Singapore. If the covers are good, they will pass directly, otherwise I might ask for a better quality/size/cropping Regards, Julien

Is this a scene in the movie would be something? I guessed the 1960s probably.

However it looks like a typical "typing pool" which was common in businesses at that time. Whenever I think of the work that goes on behind the scenes at LDDb, for some reason I always envision a typing pool. Below is a screen shot from the 1960 movie "The Apartment" which depicts a "typing pool" in New York. If you haven't seen "The Apartment", give it a try.

All your covers are being uploaded right now!
Rgds, Julien Julien, I've got alot of updates pending. Will they be processed soon? I'm begining to forget what I've submitted. Some of these titles already have 1 or 2 pending submissions. STAY AWESOME! Mark

STAY AWESOME! Mark Sorry Mark but I'm on a business trip in Japan/Singapore with virtually no time to access LDDb from my hotel(s). I'll use the end of year break to catch-up! Julien
