I've started writing some small reviews on the forum like Dances with Wolves Hi-Vision.

It would be interesting if you could see how many users reviews are available while browsing through the Database.
I mean, when I'm looking at the LDDB Entry, I'd like to see somewhere:

- (1) Review(s) on the forum

And when I click on it, I see all the related review posts on the forum.

Yes, that someone else was me and I still think it's a good idea.
People are making great efforts with those reviews and allowing casual database browsers to link to them easily seems worthwhile.

The link from the Hardware DB entry to related forum topics was just added.

=> admin @ Hardware Database

I'll think of something of the LD reviews!
Maybe adding the #LDDb in the title to get the Topic automatically linked?

It was kept in my unread/to-do list all that time.

Only requirements are (for now):

• Must be a LaserDisc review (no other format)
• Must be posted in Laserdisc Reviews
• First line of the first post must be the pre-formatted forum URL to get discovered automatically

Examples that work directly: Crimson Rivers, The (2000) [PILF-2869], Dr. Cyclops (1940) [40664], etc.

For the others, I will slowly review/update them one by one manually.

Have you tried watching any Hi-Vision disc on a 4K display? My X0+TU MDC100 looks great on my 1080p Pioneer plasma but awful on my 4K Sony OLED.

Nope. I still have my "old" 2014 Panasonic Plasma TV, never tried 4K.
