Hi Julien,

first of all thanks for your great website and forum, I like all the features you build in,
got a question, maybe you find me a crazy one, but I like to see the latest entries as it fascinates me what others entered as new titles.
I know there is the top100 of new entries, but was asked myself if there is a way to go back in history a bit longer.
Is there a way to use your #LDDB number in a kind a of way ? I have seen your explanation in the search area http://LDDb.com/laserdisc/33333 but is there a way to use SQL, like for example if you want to see PILF-28* you get http://www.lddb.com/search.php?adv_sear ... PILF-28%2A

Thanks !

Edwin

The top 100 will indeed give you the "most recent" and the LDDB in decreasing number will take you back in time but there is no way to sort by internal ID as the practicality of it is quite limited ^_^;

There is a quick and easy way to find PILF-28xxxx just using the LDDB interface. Just go to the page for one example and click on the "8" in the catalogue number at the top of the page.

Just wondering, because this has the lowest Lddb number, is this the first disc on Lddb, or was it something else?

It's the first one. I needed a guinea pig title to start the database and validate the submit interface.
It was the first disc laying on my desk because I had just purchased it.

Turned out it was a rotter and I handed it back to the Paris shop where I bought it for a refund.
