I have most recently acquired a Filipino Laserdisc released by a company in Manila. Unlike LDs with Vietnamese or Thai
music which were mostly released by Hong Kong or Taiwanese companies this LD was released in the Philippines. Here
are two screenshots:

The disc was manufactured by Mitsubishi btw, the mint marks are 100% conclusive !

Another company not in the db: I picked up a Thai Karaoke disc (Hot Vote 21) which was published by MGA Co. Ltd.

Rule of thumb is that we if get at least 10 releases from the same publisher, it will get an official entry.
Otherwise, a note in the comments should be enough.
