I can't send through the forum, because the username doesn't exist.

I will try to cross-connect LDDb users with the forum account so that I can offer a [PM] logo next to the shop details when the Seller has visited the forum at least once.

i have the same issue. i want to contact the seller before I buy lds. i found the seller on the forum and pm'ed but i dont know if i will get an answer. this seller never used the forum with no posts. i dont know if the seller visits the forum page to see the pm. there should be a way to contact the seller via email or to email.

I still dont have any news from this seller. I want to contact and ask questions before I put my order thru. julien can you please help

I just wanted to add that I would also very much like this feature. I'm trying to hunt down a specific LD pressing, and it would be helpful to be able to contact sellers more directly.

What I did and maybe if all try this is to look in the sellers shop policy for a email address for contact info.
I also added my address in my About Page (eyeball next to user ID)

the seller I am talking about is ranked 2 in its country in terms of number of LDs offered and has a good number of feedbacks. So i think it is an active shop. however the policy page is totaly blank and has not posted on this forum once. I found the forum user id and pm'ed a few times. no replies so far. I guess the only way to contact this person is buy a cheap LD and ask questions on the invoice tru paypal.

I'm slowly rolling out the new "PM site-wide" controls that will add a small envelop icon next to username of people who already visited the forum and created an account there. The icon will link their phpBB PM screen for instant access (and auto-register if the process if needed).

I cannot push non-responding sellers but the "Outbox/Sent" list of your PM box will tell you if the message was read or not.

Inactive shops are automatically closed after 180 days to keep the list up-to-date.
