I don't believe you can create a separate folder.

I use the condition stars. Movies 5 stars and music 0 stars. It leaves me lots of "folders" between the 2.(8 inch discs,doubles......)
The only thing is you can't show condition, but I put anything major in the notes section.(missing cover, water damage.....)

There are no "folder" but there are "notes" that you can search like a tag.

For example, you might want to put "Storage box #1" to quickly find some titles stored somewhere.
Or add a note with "No obi" on Japanese titles that lacks them.
Or add a note with "To be sold" for titles you want to get rid of.

Additionally on the main collection view: https://www.lddb.com/collection.php

You can sort your collection from various views using the "Choose [Combo Box]":

  • Disc Size
  • Color/B&W
  • Package
  • Picture Ratio
  • Play Mode
  • Soundtrack
  • Collection
  • Main Language
  • Genre
  • Publisher
  • Manufacturing
  • Captioning
